Lloyds Accreditation

Pipex Composite Pipes pipe fitters have successfully attained accreditation from Lloyds register for the bonding and jointing for Glass Reinforced pipe systems.
Each fitter had to prepare and make several pipe joints to the highest of standards which was then independently tested and audited by Lloyds Register to 32 bar pressure (4 x system rating) to achieve certification.
All Pipex fitters that were put forward, were successful in completing ‘Quick Lock’, ‘Taper Taper’ & ‘Butt Wrap’ joints and this now makes Pipex one of the few UK Lloyds accredited companies in this field.
