Pipex’s commitment and focus to the future training and development of it’s staff, has been cemented by the achievement of the ‘Investors in People’ standard.
During the first quarter of 2010 personal assessments were carried out from a cross section of the Pipex team by auditors from the investors in people scheme.
The auditors found that the training and skills of Pipex staff were well structured and balanced for the company and individuals needs. The audits also showed that the current and future training investment plans, would make Pipex an efficient and more productive environment for growth.
