Bondstrand 2400 and 3400 are glass reinforced epoxy (GRE) pipe systems available up to 40” (1000mm) in diameter. Being resistant to most corrosive chemicals and seawater, GRE is extremely suitable for exhaust applications and has been used in the UK on luxury super yachts and passenger ferries.
Bondstrand 2410 and 3410 are filament wound GRE pipe systems from 2” – 40” (50 – 1000mm) with a taper/taper adhesive bonded joint with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar (145psi).

Feature & Benefit
One of the main features of GRE is corrosion resistance. GRE is highly resistant to both internal and external corrosion without the need for any surface preparation or special coatings. This reduces maintenance costs and eliminates expensive replacements. As standard products Bondstrand 2000M and 7000M are designed with a 25 year design life and in most cases out last the life of the vessel.
Bondstrand is now a widely accepted in the marine market and is commonly specified on commercial and military vessels throughout the world.
